Care & Maintenance

While the cooktop is warm, scrape away food residue, wipe the surface clean, and apply a light coat of cooking oil to maintain its natural cooking patina. Remove accumulated ash as needed. The CORTEN steel bowl is designed to weather outdoors, while the steel bases require routine cleaning.
